TANJUNG SELOR – Di bulan Maret ini, Dinas Pertanian dan Ketahanan Pangan (DPKP) Kaltara telah melaksanakan rapat penetapan harga Tandan Buah Segar (TBS) Kelapa Sawit di Provinsi Kalimantan Utara (Kaltara).
Pelaksanaan rapat penetapan dibuka oleh Kepala Dinas Pertanian dan Ketahanan Pangan Provinsi Kaltara, Ir. Heri Rudiyono, M.Si, yang dihadiri anggota DPRD Provinsi Kaltara, Dinas Perindagkop dan UKM Kaltara, Biro Perekonomian, Asosiasi Petani Kelapa Sawit Indonesia (APKASINDO) dan beberapa Pabrik Kelapa Sawit (PKS) se-Kaltara, yang dilaksanakan di ruang pertemuan Hotel Luminor Senin, 6 Maret 2023.
“Rapat ini sebagai dasar harga pasar untuk periode Maret 2023, sehingga seluruh wilayah Kabupaten dan Kota se-Kaltara memiliki harga sama,” ucapnya, Selasa 7 Maret 2023.
Dia memaparkan, tim penetapan harga TBS Kelapa Sawit Provinsi Kaltara melakukan pembahasan indeks “K” dari PKS. Penetapan harga TBS kelapa sawit produksi pekebun berpedoman pada Peraturan Menteri Pertanian Republik Indonesia, Nomor 01/PERMENTAN/ KB.120/1/2018 tentang Pedoman Penetapan Harga Pembelian Tandan Buah Segar Kelapa Sawit Produksi Pekebun.
“Ini bertujuan memberikan perlindungan kepada pekebun dalam memperoleh harga wajar TBS dan membatasi persaingan usaha yang tidak sehat,” ujarnya.
Berdasarkan invoice yang diterima dari PKS, didapatkan indeks “K” sebagai nilai proporsi yang diterima petani ditetapkanlah harga TBS yaitu umur 3 tahun sebesar Rp 2.034,25 per kilogram dan umur 10 tahun lebih sebesar Rp 2.256,85 per kilogram.
“Harga rerata CPO Rp 11.401,50 dan harga rerata Kernel Rp 4.802,97, dengan Indeks “K” 84,13 persen,” sebutnya.
Sebelumnya untuk harga TBS bulan Februari 2023 kelapa sawit baru umur 3 tahun sebesar Rp 2.034,25 per kilogram, sedangkan umur 10 tahun lebih sebesar Rp 2.256,85 per kilogram. (adv)
